Mae Ruth Lankford Eubanks, 86, passed away on April 25, 2020 at Greene Rural Nursing Home. Also known as “MaDo”, Mrs. Eubanks loved to garden and feed her birds. She was known for being a prankster and loved to laugh. More than anything she loved people, especially her family. She was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Julie Lankford; one sister Leatrice Clark.
Left to cherish her memories are her sisters, Carolyn Lankford and Irene Harris (Alton); brother, Millard Lankford; daughters, Elaine McLain (Roger Dale), Donna Ruth Miller (Andy), and Rebecca Manning; son, Efird Eubanks (June); 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Freefield Church of Christ Cemetery with Bro. Ronnie Byrd officiating. Pall Bearers will include, Heath Eubanks, Kyley McLain, Delton McLain, Josh Clifton, Tracy Renfroe, and Jason McLeod. Honorary Pall Bearers are Aubrey McLeod and Lane Eubanks.
