Stephen Franklin Crocker, Sr.May 16, 1939 ~ December 24, 2017 (age 78)
Stephen F. Crocker, Sr., 78, passed away at his home in Vancleave on Sunday, December 24, 2017. Known for being a hard worker, he worked for Nabisco for over 30 years. He had a love for reading and performing brain games, including crossword puzzles. He was a life-long member of the First United Pentecostal Church of Leakesville. More than anything he loved his family and spending as much time as possible with them. He was loved and will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Robert and Pearlean Crocker; brother, Lavelle Crocker; nephews, Dale Everette and Terry Melton Brown; mother and father-in-law, Felton and Idis Brown; and brother-in-law, Larry Brown.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years and 4 months, Connie Crocker; sons, Stephen F. Crocker, Jr., Bruce E. Crocker, and Clifford Scott Crocker; grandchildren, Chris Crocker (Beverly), Nick Crocker (Stephanie), Chelsea Crocker (Bryan), Brandi Petrucci (A.J.), Christina Crocker, Andrew Crocker, Jacob Crocker, Wesley Crocker (Abby), Chase Crocker, and Cliff Crocker; great-grandchildren, Cameron, Collin, Ansleigh, Adelyn, and Presley; siblings, Bobby Crocker (Louise), Donald Crocker (Peggy), Roberta Beech (Buddy), and Sharon Everette (Irvis Dale); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
The Funeral Service at 1 pm on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 with a visitation prior to the service beginning at 11:30 am at Freeman Funeral Home.
